According to a report in Spotboye.com, Aishwarya got furious and stopped the interview midway. She even made it a point that the footage of the interaction be deleted.The report further stated that Jackky Bhagnani tried to play the peacemaker but Aishwarya was so angry that she even asked other journalists to leave instead of just being spectators. But this reaction by the Sarbjit actor was quite surprising as last month she lent her support to Salman’s appointment as goodwill ambassador of the Indian contingent at Rio Olympics.When asked about the goodwill ambassador controversy around Salman, she had said, “Anybody who is doing good to represent the country and anybody who is working or seeking or standing out for whatever vocation we have in the country be it sports, arts or music, I think that’s wonderful and needs to be recognised.”advertisementMeanwhile, Aishwarya’s film Sarbjit hit the screens on May 20 this year, but hasn’t fared well at the box office.
